Welcome to the Theater Fanatic Network

Off Broadway Audience Builders, LLC (OBAB), a New York based company has created the Theater Fanatic Network and www.theaterfanatic.com.

Theater Fanatic Network and www.theaterfanatic.com is a global information and entertainment Internet destination and digital business that features and promotes the New York City

Off Broadway, Off-Off Broadway and Independent Theater as well as American Regional theater and beyond. Find a Show Watch a Show.

Founders Victor Syrmis, Eric Marciano and Andrew Shaifer believe that the non-Broadway theater is confusing and fragmented and has been for a long time and that these theaters and theater companies need to full empty seats and reach new audiences that might exist down the street or around the globe.

TFN presents a continuously updated NYC based theater listing feature, theater related Video on Demand and original video programming highlighting and curating the latest, the ever-changing and the long playing Off Broadway and Off-Off Broadway events that make up the essential New York City theater and entertainment universe.

The site is accessible globally via the web, through laptops, smart phones, smart DVRs/TVs and tablet like devices.

Along with exploring the current, future and past New York theater scene we will interview renowned playwrights, producers and players who call this vibrant creative community home. We will search out others that have passed through on their way to fame on the Great White Way and in Hollywood. Other programs will recount the history of the 65 plus New York City Off Broadway and Off-Off Broadway theatres such as The Public, New York Theater Workshop, Abrons Arts Center, The Lucille Lortel, The Cherry Lane, LaMama Etc., the 2nd Stage, Playwrights Horizons and The Connelly to name just a few.

As Off Broadway Audience Builders name suggests the goal is to promote these component of American theater and fill empty seats. We will incorporate a number of community based components into the web site designed to promote the economic well being of the many New York City businesses that are in the same neighborhood as the theaters; the theaters that make up this under acknowledged New York entertainment, economic and educational dynamo known as Off Broadway.

Thank for you for coming to www.theaterfanatic.com.
